Pilates
Legendary
fitness expert Joseph Pilates developed the program that bears his
name in the 1920s. Its methodology focuses on strength and flexibility
without building bulk. Dancers and celebrities have embraced the
practice for years.
The technique increases core strength, improves posture, lengthens
muscles, improves flexibility and reduces stress and tension. The
smooth movements promote better breathing and relaxation.
We focus our Pilates moves on the exercise ball, bosu and exercise
mat using ballet moves, holding positions, learning how to fire
certain muscles and develop them using isometric techniques.
Pilates rates
All fitness classes are one hour long unless otherwise noted. Unlimited
Class Pass: $30.00 monthly, $300.00 yearly, $50.00 registration
fee.
