Training
The
first step to starting a fitness program is having achievable goals
in fitness and nutrition set for you. The second step is commitment.
Finding a program that fits into your lifestyle means you'll stick
with it. And when you do, you'll discover a new level of confidence
you never knew.
We can help you develop the most optimal training and nutrition
program for you based on your personal goals and fitness level.
We provide high intensity workouts with nutritional education personalized
just for you. We are motivated to design a program specifically
for you that fits your body and your lifestyle. Your results are
the measure of our success.
Fitness Assessment
We begin your program by doing a full fitness test on you. We
will analyze your eating habits, calculate your body fat, take your
measurements and determine your fitness level, assessing strength
and cardio conditioning. We will discuss any medical or health issues
that need to be considered. Together we will then design a specific
program based on your goals to include:
Cardiovascular training
For fat burning, increased metabolism, increased energy, endurance
and reduced risk of heart disease.
Resistance training
For muscle tone, body strength, increased metabolism to burn fat
more quickly while the body is at rest and increased flexibility.
Nutritional education
For developing an eating plan to maximize results and promoting
a lifetime of healthy food choices.
Why do I need a personal trainer?
Personal trainers have the professional expertise to design a
training program specifically for you. They motivate you to push
harder and maintain consistency with your program, and they offer
personalized one-on-one attention.
If you belong to one of the following groups, check out a personal
trainer:
Out of shape and don't know where to begin: A
personal trainer will show you how to exercise effectively and safely.
A trainer will also teach you how to eat, what to eat, when to eat
(and when to stop eating). And you'll learn good habits right from
the start.
Donna says, ”If you eat creamy,
you're going to look creamy.“
Been exercising FOREVER and getting nowhere:
Also known as hitting a plateau. A trainer can advise you how to
break through the boredom of your program, introduce new exercises
and patterns to advance you to the next level.
Modeling/Beauty Pageant Competition: Make your
dream of winning your local beauty pageant come true. We've trained
the winners of 2 Miss Michigan and Miss Teen Michigan contests.
Sports/Athletes: Attention high school and college jocks:
A personal trainer can elevate you to a whole new league when it
comes to performance. Our success stories include local and national
teams.
Small Group Training
For the budget-minded person, training in a small group is a great alternative to personal one-on-one training. Training sessions can be split with up to four people. It is a smart and affordable way to achieve results. We can provide that all important motivation and commitment to your workouts. Keep up with your friends and have fun at the same time!
