Heart Monitoring Classes

Fitness is all about results! Whether you're hoping to lose weight, burn fat or improve endurance, you need to train in the right heart rate zone. The Problem? If you rely on the 220 minus age formula to calculate your zones, your workouts could be way off target, causing weight loss plateaus, burnout and fatigue.

All books, charts, heart rate monitors, etc. are based on a measure of age without taking into consideration medication, health conditions or fitness levels. This formula is a very rough guide that may be off as much s 30$. I am a firm believer that heart rate training is the core aspect of every training program. When given the true, effective heart rate zones in which to train, you can achieve any personal goal you may have.

Classes are designed to put you through 3 different types of cardio at all levels with constant monitoring and recording of your heart rate, find your true target heart rate.

Cost: Class plus a heart rate monitor: $99
A heart monitor is required for the class. Class will consist of cardio and lecture time. Duration: 2 hours.
