is the 12-week Body Fat Stripping Program?
Are you tired of working out and hitting plateaus, or not getting
the results you want? A 12 week Body Fat Stripping Program may be
for you!
You will be personal training with a trainer 2 days a week with
a 6-day plan. On your off days you will have a program to do by
yourself with the help of our online training program.
Diet is the biggy!! You will lose 5-10 inches a week for your first
4 weeks and then 3-6 every week after that. The dynamics change
every four weeks. At these milestones you will meet with a master
trainer and re-evaluate your workouts and custom fit your diet.
We will change your program according to your results. This little
meeting is how we get to know your body chemistry and keep you from
plateauing.
With this 12 week plan you get access to our online training program.
Bootcamps are recommended within the first 4 weeks if possible.

Times for training are as follows:
Cancellation Policy
You must give 24 hour notice for cancellation notice. If you need
to change your times or make up a session there is a $10.00 charge.
12 week plans expire in 12 weeks.
